A professional photographer does visits the property as a part of all packages we offer.

Pricing consists of 4 virtuals and at least 16 stills for $80 each additional virtual tour is $10

A 4 virtual tour package takes about 25 mins to complete

Best time to shoot a virtual tour is between 11am to 3pm, when the sun is at its highest point.  Shadows and or sunspots on the wide angle lens can ruin a shoot.

When an order is recieved we schedule the tour for the following day, weather permitting and the tour will be processed and completed by the end of the next day.

We are a local company so we are approved by the local MLS  and have full access to Har.com as a virtual tour provider. That means we can add the still pictures and virtual tours directly to your listing for you.

Har.com adds a virtual tour checkbox option in new site... so if your property does not have a virtual tour it does not even show up in search results!!
